Business and Organization Leadership Experience

Joon-Ki is also a seasoned HR professional with proven track records. He has worked in Human Resources field for close to 30 years and brings a very extensive, exceptional and dynamic experiences. Especially from 2005 through 2018, he has taken several key leadership roles with global top tier MNCs. He was the CHRO for Beiersdorf Korea (Nivea, la prairie) and Org Development Director for global headquarter in Hamburg Germany, the first non-European incumbent case in the company’s 120 years’ history. Also, he was the CHRO & Country HR business partner for Microsoft Korea. After that he was appointed as the first integrated CHRO & Country HR business partner for eBay Korea where he was fully in charge of Post-M&A agenda and change management. Moving to Cigna Korea (LINA), he was served as the HR Vice President and during his stay the company was doubled both in org size and revenue with quality talent management. Recently, he was worked as a professor of Institute of Global Management, the most advanced learning platform consulting firms in Korea, as well as senior consultant of Right Management Korea. Currently he works as a Professor & Director of Career Development/StartUp Center of SolBridge International Business School, and also serves as a business advisor for a couple of StartUp and SMEs.
